Productivity Solutions Grant

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a government initiative in Singapore that aims to support businesses in their efforts to adopt and implement productivity-enhancing solutions. The grant aims to encourage enterprises to leverage technology and automate processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

The PSG covers a wide range of sectors and areas of business operations, including but not limited to:

  1. IT Solutions: This category supports the adoption of pre-approved digital solutions such as accounting software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, inventory management systems, and e-commerce platforms.
  2. Equipment and Hardware: Funding is available for the purchase of eligible equipment and hardware that can improve productivity and automate processes. Examples include machinery, robotics, and equipment for specific industries.
  3. Training and Consultancy: The PSG also covers consultancy services and training programs to help businesses identify areas for productivity improvement and develop capabilities to implement solutions effectively.

The grant provides funding support of up to 50% of qualifying project costs, subject to a funding cap based on the scope of the project. Eligible businesses include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in Singapore, with a strong commitment to upgrading productivity and adopting technology solutions.

To apply for the PSG, businesses need to identify relevant solutions from the list of supportable solutions, obtain a quotation from a pre-approved vendor, and submit an application through the Business Grants Portal (BGP).

By providing financial support and encouraging the adoption of productivity solutions, the PSG aims to enhance the competitiveness of Singaporean businesses, drive digital transformation, and create a more productive and resilient economy.
